Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the product is not suitable, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return conditions
- The product must be unused.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all supplied accessories.
- It must be in good condition, without scratches or damage caused after delivery.
- An order number or proof of purchase is required.
How to request a return
Before sending the product, email info@baporssa.com with your order number, reason for return and photos where relevant. The return address and instructions will be provided after approval. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping cost
For returns not caused by a defect, damage or shipping error, return shipping is paid by the customer. If the wrong product was sent, or the product arrived damaged or broken, BAPORSSA will cover reasonable handling and shipping costs.
Damaged or incorrect product
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the case promptly.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. An approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days. Your payment provider or card issuer may need additional time to display the credit.
This policy does not limit consumer rights under applicable law.
