מדיניות החזרות והחזרים
אנו רוצים שתהיו מרוצים לחלוטין. בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן בישראל, ניתן לבטל עסקה תוך 14 ימים מקבלת המוצר.
- המוצר יוחזר באריזתו המקורית, ללא שימוש ובמצב תקין.
- דמי ביטול עשויים לחול בהתאם לחוק (עד 5% או 100 ₪, הנמוך מביניהם).
- ההחזר הכספי יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי תוך 14 ימי עסקים מקבלת המוצר אצלנו.
- עלות משלוח ההחזרה חלה על הלקוח, אלא אם המוצר הגיע פגום או שגוי — במקרה כזה נחליף או נחזיר את מלוא הסכום כולל המשלוח.
- לפתיחת החזרה, פנו אלינו דרך עמוד צור קשר בצירוף מספר ההזמנה.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied. In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in good condition.
- Cancellation fees may apply as per the law (up to 5% or ₪100, whichever is lower).
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving the product.
- The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case we will replace it or refund the full amount including shipping.
