Are all BAPORSSA sunglasses polarized or UV400?

No single lens claim applies to every model. Polarization, UV protection, lens material and other features vary by product and variant. Use only the specifications listed on the individual product page.

How do I choose the right size?

Compare the frame width, lens width, bridge width and temple length with eyewear that already fits you. Review the measurements on the product page before ordering.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is approximately 7–20 business days. Peak periods, customs inspections or logistical delays may take longer. See the current Shipping Policy.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping is available on website orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Can I return a product?

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to the conditions in the Returns & Refunds Policy. For a return not caused by a defect or shipping error, return shipping is paid by the customer.

What if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours and include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. If the wrong product was sent or the product arrived damaged, BAPORSSA will cover reasonable handling and shipping costs.
