Shipping cost

Free shipping on website orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery is approximately 7–20 business days. Peak periods, holidays, customs inspections or logistical delays may require additional time.

Tracking

When a tracking number is available, it will be sent to the email used for the order. If you have not received an update, contact us with your order number.

Price, taxes and import fees

Prices displayed on the storefront include applicable VAT where it applies to the order. No additional VAT will be added at checkout unless it is shown clearly before payment.

Import charges or exceptional carrier handling fees, if any, are determined by the relevant authorities and shipping providers. Any charge known to us before payment will be displayed at checkout; a charge outside BAPORSSA’s control may be payable by the recipient under applicable law.

Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible before the order ships.
