מדיניות החזרות והחזרים
אנו רוצים שתהיו מרוצים לחלוטין. בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן בישראל, ניתן לבטל עסקה תוך 14 ימים מקבלת המוצר.
- המוצר יוחזר באריזתו המקורית, ללא שימוש ובמצב תקין.
- דמי ביטול עשויים לחול בהתאם לחוק (עד 5% או 100 ₪, הנמוך מביניהם).
- ההחזר הכספי יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי תוך 14 ימי עסקים מקבלת המוצר אצלנו.
- עלות משלוח ההחזרה חלה על הלקוח, אלא אם המוצר הגיע פגום או שגוי — במקרה כזה נחליף או נחזיר את מלוא הסכום כולל המשלוח.
- לפתיחת החזרה, פנו אלינו דרך עמוד צור קשר בצירוף מספר ההזמנה.
Returns & Refunds
You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of delivery, per Israeli Consumer Protection Law. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging. Cancellation fees may apply as permitted by law (up to 5% or ₪100, whichever is lower). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect, in which case we replace it or refund in full including shipping.
